The Apprentice Project is seeking a sharp grant writer to join its education-technology mission. Remote, Pune-based alignment with India-focused funding partners will be key.

You will translate TAP's complex AI-powered education initiatives into compelling proposals, manage donor relationships, and coordinate with product and leadership to land funding. This role blends analytical rigor with persuasive storytelling.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and numerical thinking to assess funders and opportunities.
• Ability to absorb complex tech/program models and explain them clearly.
• Clear, structured writing to persuade funders with credible proposals.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of institutional funding opportunities.
• Move donors through the fundraising lifecycle from first contact to partnership.
• Engage with senior funders and develop proposals aligned to priorities.
• Translate TAP's technology and impact data into compelling narratives.
• Coordinate with product, data, program, and leadership for accurate proposals.
• Track timelines, reporting, and compliance across grants.
