Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Law, Economics, or related field.
• 2–5 years in government relations or policy analysis.
• Experience with legislative tracking and bill analysis.
• Strong writing, editing, and clear policy materials.

Responsibilities

• Monitor state legislative and regulatory activity across assigned policy areas.
• Develop policy scorecards and track progress against objectives.
• Summarise legislation and regulatory proposals with business implications.
• Produce updates: trackers, digests, alerts, and summaries.
• Prepare internal briefings and policy materials for the USGR team.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to reflect operational realities.
