Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Experience with large datasets, dashboards, and data visualization tools.
• Predictive analytics, statistical analysis, and performance measurement experience.
• SQL, relational databases, and data integration knowledge.
• Knowledge of FERPA, data privacy, and data governance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for STAR performance measures.
• Design and implement predictive analytics models identifying at-risk students.
• Integrate, validate, and analyze data from Ellucian, Blackboard, Tutor.com, Salesforce and other systems.
• Lead data quality, cleansing, validation, and governance activities.
• Produce quarterly and annual performance reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with advisors and staff to translate data into actionable student success strategies.
