• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable reaching out to and speaking with candidates.
• Proactive and able to take ownership without constant direction.
• Interest in recruiting, staffing, AI, and startups.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous recruiting, sourcing, HR, or staffing experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify strong candidates for open roles.
• Review applications and résumés and help build candidate shortlists.
• Reach out to candidates through LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and help evaluate fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, founders, and team members.
• Keep our recruiting pipeline and candidate information organized and up to date.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the interview process.
• Research new sourcing channels, communities, and recruiting strategies.
• Help improve our job descriptions, outreach messages, and hiring processes.
• Support the founders with day-to-day recruiting and hiring priorities.
