Job summary

Tetra Tech, Inc. is seeking a Staffing Call Center Representative to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role is primarily remote with an initial 3‑day in‑person training at the office, plus travel for in‑person hiring events as needed.

Responsibilities include handling high volumes of candidate calls, conducting scripted prescreens, guiding applicants through onboarding, and maintaining ATS records. Travel may be required for events and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high‑volume call center, customer service, inside sales, staffing support, or similar phone‑based environment.
• Demonstrated ability to handle a high volume of back‑to‑back calls.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to follow scripts and questions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment and learn new technology quickly.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of back‑to‑back inbound and outbound candidate calls throughout the workday.
• Conduct scripted prescreens to determine qualifications and eligibility.
• Communicate job requirements, schedules, pay information, and next steps by phone, text, and other methods.
• Guide candidates through application, hiring, and onboarding processes, including documentation and training.
• Create candidate applications and maintain records in ATS and staffing trackers.
• Assist candidates with onboarding documentation and schedule training and orientation.
• Travel as needed to support in‑person hiring events and processing.
• Support candidate outreach during in‑person events and distribute hiring materials.
• Perform additional staffing and Talent Acquisition support duties as assigned.
