Job summary

CAI is seeking a Staffing Account Manager to advance staffing placements for assigned accounts in a remote, full-time capacity. You will partner with recruiters to deliver qualified candidates, coordinate interviews and onboarding, and serve as the primary contact for placed employees.

The role requires 3+ years in staffing or related management and a strong ability to manage multiple accounts while ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in staffing, recruiting, or account/program management.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive staffing placements for assigned accounts and match talent to roles.
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and orientation for new employees.
• Serve as single point of contact for placed employees.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Talent Acquisition to keep placements running smoothly.
• Monitor compliance with trainings and certifications and manage timesheets/expenses.
• Support proposals, renewals, and staffing insights for accounts.
