Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for a 100% remote role in the United States. The candidate will lead complex, cross-team engineering initiatives, architect scalable backend systems, and drive reliability and observability across cloud-based platforms.

We require 12+ years of experience, a CS degree, and a proven track record of mentoring engineers while influencing engineering culture and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven track record of leading cross-team initiatives.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms, or data systems.
• Strong backend programming skills.
• Excellent system-design and architecture skills.
• Demonstrated mentorship and leadership of senior engineers.
• Strong focus on reliability, observability, and operations.
