Job summary

Qualifications

10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
Expertise in backend systems with large-scale service-oriented architecture.
Hands on experience architecting and developing agentic systems.
Strong experience in Java and/or Kotlin, GraphQL, and relational/noSQL databases.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the technical vision for the content platform with a product-first mindset.
Lead and contribute to the full development cycle: design, implementation, testing, experimentation, and deployment.
Participate in code and design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Mentor engineers and promote knowledge sharing across teams.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing to drive outcomes at scale.
Set a technical vision for Staff+ level and deliver scalable solutions for Airbnb.
