Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with revenue impact.
• Experience in search, discovery, or AI/ML powered products.
• Strong understanding of AI capabilities and product impact.
• Proven track record leading experimentation and measurable outcomes.
• Fluent with product analytics tools and SQL.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without authority.
• Ability to balance user needs, privacy and business goals.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define success metrics with Data Science and translate insights into actions.
• Partner with Business Development to support search partnerships and ensure product execution aligns with contracts and strategic commitments.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Research, and Design to prototype and ship innovative search experiences.
• Navigate trade-offs between user experience, privacy principles, technical constraints, and revenue outcomes.
• Contribute to quarterly and annual planning, identifying risks, opportunities, and long‑term strategic initiatives.
