Job summary

Ōura is seeking a Staff Technical Product Manager to own the BTS and Workato platform roadmap, aligning with Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer teams. You will define API contracts, versioning, and integration patterns, balancing build versus buy while collaborating with Enterprise Architecture.

This remote US role focuses on scalable, data-driven integration and automation across ERP and data platforms. You will partner with AI productivity teams and help shape the Integration & Automation

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical product/platform management, esp. infrastructure/integration
• Strong capability to critique specs and defend build-vs-buy decisions
• Experience with iPaaS/integration platforms and API design/contract mgmt
• Ability to translate technical trade-offs into business terms for exec audiences

Responsibilities

• Own BTS platform roadmap across domains and prioritize backlog
• Align intake across BTS and Workato into a single view of priorities
• Elicit platform demand from stakeholders and structure requirements
• Define API contracts, versioning, and integration patterns
• Develop a compelling executive narrative for platform investments
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture on data lakehouse and data mesh support
• Assist with AI agent support requirements and integration strategies
• Help stand up the Integration & Automation Engineering team and transition to FTE-led delivery
