Job summary

Ōura is seeking a seasoned Technical Product or Platform Manager to own and scale the BTS platform, prioritizing an integration-heavy roadmap and API contracts. You will partner with Enterprise Architecture, Workato, and business stakeholders to align demand and deliver scalable solutions.

Remote role in the US, with a focus on API design, data integration, and a transition from contractor-led to full-time engineering delivery. Strong communication and AI tooling experience are key.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical product/platform management, esp. infrastructure or API platforms.
• Experience turning vague requests into buildable requirements.
• Proven ability to own and prioritize a multi-team platform roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Own BTS platform roadmap and convert business asks into a clear backlog.
• Align intake across BTS and Workato for unified prioritization.
• Collaborate with directors and stakeholders to structure platform demand.
• Define API contracts, versioning, and build-vs-buy choices with EA input.
• Articulate platform ROI to executives and cross-functional partners.
• Coordinate with EA on data lakehouse scope and data mesh support.
• Assess MCP servers and AI agents requirements for BTS ecosystem.
• Help stand up the Integration & Automation Engineering team and transition to FTE-led delivery.
