Job summary

Accredo Specialty Pharmacy is hiring for a remote pharmacist position. Ideal candidates must reside in Arizona, Florida, Indiana, Ohio, or Pennsylvania, preferably within an hour of our sites. During 2–3 months of training, hours are Monday–Friday 9:00 am–6:00 pm Eastern Time.

After training, shifts run 9am–6pm EST or 11am–8pm EST for east coast, or 1pm–10pm EST for AZ residents. The role involves regulatory guidelines and ensuring quality and accuracy in dispensing.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in good standing.
• Experience handling prescriptions and data entry verification.
• Strong focus on customer service, quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and quality assurance to pharmacy technicians.
• Verify prescription information entered in the system by data entry or order entry.
• Maintain daily production, quality and service levels; adapt priorities as needed.
• Handle calls from customers regarding lost orders or dispensing errors.
• Work with drug names to expedite processing of orders.
