Job summary

The Cigna Group is hiring a Staff Pharmacist for a remote position. The role involves interpreting prescriptions, contacting prescribers, and ensuring timely processing. Training is 8 weeks with set hours; post-training schedules assigned.

Must be licensed in AZ, FL, IN, OH, or PA and reside there during employment. Essential duties include patient counseling on medication use and interactions, coordinating with physicians, supervising pharmacy techs, and ensuring quality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy is required; PharmD preferred.
• Current active resident pharmacist license in good standing.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret prescriptions.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work peak volume times.
• Experience collaborating with healthcare professionals.
