Job summary

Radian Arc Limited is seeking a Staff Network Engineer to design, implement and operate the networking backbone of the GPU cloud platform. You will span AI fabrics and datacenter networking, delivering low latency and scalable RoCE/Ethernet solutions across global deployments.

You will own architectural direction, drive reliability, and lead cross‑functional collaboration with platform, compute, storage and security teams. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Experience designing AI infrastructure networking at scale.
• Strong knowledge of RoCE and Ethernet fabrics.
• Experience with datacenter network design and inter-datacenter connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate AI fabrics and HPC networking for distributed workloads.
• Lead end‑to‑end engineering delivery from design to production deployment.
• Drive capacity planning, performance modeling and scaling strategies.
• Own operational reliability and implement automation for provisioning and monitoring.
