Job summary

Radian Arc Limited is seeking a Staff-level storage architect to design, build, and operate the storage layer for large-scale GPU AI workloads. This role spans hyperconverged, NVMe, and disaggregated storage, with heavy emphasis on throughput, latency, and data locality across edge and core deployments.

You’ll drive architectural direction, collaborate with compute, networking, and platform teams, and contribute hands-on implementation while guiding long-term platform standards as the sole

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience designing and operating distributed storage systems.
• Experience with AI inference platforms and dataset distribution.
• Deep knowledge of Linux and I/O stack.
• Experience with NVMe and high-performance data paths.
• Familiarity with CSI in Kubernetes.
• Ability to lead cross-team technical initiatives.

Responsibilities
