Job summary

Radian Arc Limited is seeking a Platform Support Engineer to manage production AI and GPU infrastructure across Linux, Kubernetes, and networking. You will investigate incidents, run diagnostics, and resolve issues, escalating when deeper engineering is needed.

You’ll work with Senior Platform Support Engineers, Engineering, Data Center Operations and Service Delivery to ensure platform reliability and performance. Strong scripting and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on infrastructure support or production ops.
• Strong Linux troubleshooting skills.
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience.
• GPU infrastructure experience or NVIDIA diagnostics.
• Strong networking fundamentals.
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix.
• Clear written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Support production GPU infrastructure and platform services.
• Troubleshoot Linux systems, Kubernetes, GPU nodes, networking and storage.
• Investigate Kubernetes node, pod, service and cluster issues using logs and metrics.
• Check GPU health, driver state and hardware status with NVIDIA tools.
• Troubleshoot DNS, routing, VLANs and connectivity issues.
• Investigate storage, filesystem and mount issues.
• Respond to alerts and assess customer/SLA impact.
• Take recovery actions within scope and verify service health after incidents.
• Provide status updates to the SDM during incidents.
• Escalate complex issues with diagnostics and evidence.
• Coordinate with Data Center Ops for physical interventions.
• Keep handovers clear and update runbooks and guides.
• Identify recurring incidents and noisy alerts.
• Write Bash or Python scripts to improve repeatability.
