Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
• Approximately 1-3 years of accounting or related financial experience preferred.
• Recent graduates with strong, hands-on internship experience will also be considered.
• Working knowledge of fundamental accounting concepts.
• Exposure to reconciliations, general ledger accounting, month-end close, AP/cash activity, or financial reporting.
• Fund accounting, investment accounting, private equity, venture capital, or fund administration experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a deadline-driven environment.
• Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and support general ledger accounting activities.
• Perform account and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Support accounting and recordkeeping for investment entities.
• Prepare and coordinate wire and payment activity within established internal controls.
• Assist with investor statements, reporting, and documentation requests.
• Respond professionally to routine investor inquiries.
• Support K-1 documentation and related investor requests.
• Assist with investment and transaction closing activities.
• Support audit, tax, filing, and regulatory processes.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Partner with finance leadership on ad hoc accounting and investment operations needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, systems, and automation.
