• 8+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or data architecture with staff-level impact.
• Deep SQL and strong Python skills.
• Solid data modeling fundamentals with enforceable standards; dbt a plus.
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake/BigQuery, Airflow, BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the semantic layer: define metrics, dimensions, and data models as the single source of truth.
• Architect for AI-readiness: structure Databricks and GCP data platform for AI analytics.
• Drive data quality end-to-end with observability, testing, and alerts.
• Enable self-serve analytics by delivering tooling and dashboards.
• Set data modeling conventions and governance across the data org.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business questions into data solutions.
