Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Staff Customer Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between engineering and customer-facing teams. You will own bug-resolution lifecycle and support POV deployments, translating live customer issues into actionable fixes and deploying updates directly to customers.

You will develop deep expertise in the product architecture, enable Domain Consultants to run POVs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reliability and scalability.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong system-level software, network, and infrastructure knowledge.
• Proven ability diagnosing and resolving complex production issues.
• Ability to learn new architectures and debug unfamiliar codebases.
• Experience partnering with pre-sales, field engineering, or customer success teams.
