6+ years of brand design experience in high‑craft environments.
Excellent portfolio with typography, layout, color, and composition.
AI-first mindset: integrating generative AI into real creative work.
Fluency in brand systems for scalable, consistent design.
Proven ability to make complex information land via data visuals.
Master fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; collaborate with external developers.

Responsibilities

Design brand work end-to-end across campaigns, web, social, events, reports, and collateral.
Extend TRM’s creative direction with strong typography, layout, imagery, and color decisions; AI-assisted first passes.
Create infographics and data visualizations that land for technical and non-technical audiences.
Contribute to TRM brand systems and build repeatable AI-assisted brand workflows.
Bring AI tools into iteration and production while maintaining human taste and judgment.
Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, product marketing, and external creatives.
