This full-time remote U.S. role requires 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, strong backend skills in Java/C#/Go/Python/C++, and a track record mentoring engineers

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven success designing distributed, cloud-native systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and execution of large-scale cross-team initiatives from concept to production.
• Define architectural standards and reusable design patterns across product and platform teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to senior engineers across multiple teams.
• Lead architecture reviews and design discussions for mission-critical systems.
• Translate long-term strategy into executable roadmaps and initiatives.
• Improve scalability, reliability, performance, security, and maintainability of critical applications.
• Collaborate with leadership to align technical strategy with business priorities.
• Establish and maintain engineering best practices for software development and CI/CD.
