Qualifications

• 8+ years in analytics engineering or data-intensive roles with technical leadership.
• Expert SQL and Python for production pipeline development, data quality automation, and orchestration (dbt, Airflow).
• Designing and owning canonical data models serving multiple downstream teams with modern warehouse architectures (Snowflake, Databricks).
• Ability to lead under regulatory pressure delivering accurate data for exams, audits, or filings.

Responsibilities

• Own systems, architecture, strategy, and roadmap for the Compliance Data stack.
• Build production-grade data models and pipelines for user, transaction, and compliance data.
• Establish data contracts, validation, monitoring, and reconciliation to ensure data quality.
• Collaborate with upstream/downstream teams and Compliance leadership to close data gaps.
• Lead responses to regulatory exams, audits, and time-sensitive data requests.
• Mentor engineers and shape engineering standards across the team.
