Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
1–3 years in accounting or finance, ideally not-for-profit sector.
Solid understanding of not-for-profit GAAP and compliance; strong communication and organization.
Responsibilities
Manage the Accounts Payable inbox, review, and upload invoices into ERP.
Code invoices to GL accounts, grant classifications, program allocations, and cost centers.
Support vendor onboarding due diligence materials.
Track invoices against vendor schedules and contracts.
Enter and code bank entries (A/R and deposits).
Maintain vendor/project/funder file organization.
Assist with 1099 filing to vendors.
Adapt to additional assignments in a dynamic environment.
