Advocare LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for the entry-level position of Staff Accountant. This role is primarily remote following training, requiring periodic work at the Home Office. A bachelor's degree in accounting or related field and 0 to 1 years of experience in financial reconciliations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in accounting is required.
• 0 to 1 years of experience in general ledger/month end close preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Work with the accounts payable team for accurate payments.
• Prepare and upload journal and allocation entries.
• Assist in annual audit preparations.
