MongoDB is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer with a strong networking background to join the Fabric team. You will help build and maintain scalable, secure multi-cloud networking across MongoDB services.

Role offers hybrid work options with potential remote arrangements in North America. You will work with AWS/Azure/GCP, implement service mesh patterns, and optimize load balancing for global connectivity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience working on software and operating distributed systems with deep networking expertise.
• Strong understanding of modern cloud-based infrastructure and multi-cloud networking.
• Familiarity with service mesh and load-balancing in multi-cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a reliable, resilient multi-cloud network that enables MongoDB services.
• Collaborate with service-owning teams to provide guidance on connectivity best practices.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to resolve network architecture issues promptly.
