Job Title: Senior Software Engineer (Backend)

Location: 100% REMOTE

Salary: $150,000 - $190,000/year plus EQUITY + GREAT BENEFITS

What You Will Be Doing

• Work closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to design and build the latest chaos engineering tooling
• Leverage strong collaboration and communication skills to deliver new features
• Partner with product and other business units to understand business problems and present technical solutions and tradeoffs
• Actively mentor and grow your teammates
• Care deeply about the customer experience
  
  

Must Have Skills

• 7+ years of professional Software Engineering experience
• 5+ years of Backend Engineering experience
• 5+ years Java
• Docker & Kubernetes (experience launching clusters, debugging, building applications with clusters, etc.)
• Experience working for a fast-paced, product company or at a startup
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Lambda, Serverless, GCP, Oracle, etc.)
  
  

Nice To Have Skills

• SaaS experience
• Data analytics exposure (Google Data Studio or BigQuery is a huge plus)
• Rust
• Systems Distribution experience
• DynamoDB, NoSQL, etc.
• Infrastructure & systems level technologies like Linux, OpenShift, etc.
