Job summary

Octave is seeking a Data Conversion Specialist with strong SQL Server expertise to design, develop, and execute data conversion from legacy Records Management systems to Octave's OnCall Records system.

You will map data, develop ETL scripts, validate data integrity, and communicate with customers and stakeholders about requirements and timelines. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, documentation, and improving conversion efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with SQL Server (T-SQL scripting, stored procedures, performance tuning).
• Strong understanding of data conversion, migration, and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with Records Management systems and related data structures.
• Excellent customer communication skills and ability to manage expectations.
• Strong documentation skills for mapping and process workflows.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and ensure data integrity.
