Destination Knot is seeking an Entry-Level Sports Travel & Event Coordinator to plan travel and manage event logistics for sports teams and fans. The role offers exposure to coordinating transportation, accommodations, tickets, and vendor coordination in a fast-paced sports travel environment.

You will engage with clients to understand preferences, support planning, and ensure smooth execution of travel and event plans while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about sports and travel.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer skills including booking systems, email, and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate travel for teams and attendees (transportation, lodging, tickets).
• Assist in planning and organizing sports events and logistics.
• Communicate with clients to determine preferences and provide recommendations.
• Work with vendors, venues, and service providers for favorable deals.
• Handle bookings, confirmations, payments, and follow-ups.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
