Performance Lab in the United States is seeking a sales-focused individual to help scale the flagship Athlete Playbook program. You will expand relationships across the sports industry, lead discovery calls, and close deals, working directly with the founders on offers and go-to-market strategy.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in B2B sales or partnerships, a strong network in sports businesses, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B sales, partnerships or business development.
• Well-connected in the sports world across clubs, academies, agencies or sports businesses.
• Relationship-first approach with tolerance for longer sales cycles.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and energy for building.
