Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida is seeking a Director of Corporate Partnerships in Orlando to lead corporate fundraising, sponsorships, and cause marketing, managing a portfolio of partners and aligning initiatives with the club's mission.

Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Partnerships, this role builds partnerships, oversees the pipeline, ensures partner experiences, and collaborates with Advancement, Marketing, Finance, and Club Operations to hit revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5–7 years of experience in development, corporate partnerships, or institutional giving.
• Demonstrated success securing and managing corporate partnerships and sponsorships.
• Experience supporting fundraising events and partnership activations.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to engage corporate stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
• Commitment to the mission and values of Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida.

Responsibilities

• Execute corporate fundraising strategies aligned with organizational goals, including sponsorships, cause marketing, workplace giving, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage a portfolio of corporate partners and prospects to achieve annual revenue goals through solicitation, stewardship, renewals, and new business development.
• Build and manage a pipeline of 50-75 active prospects, targeting renewals, upgrades, and new revenue opportunities.
• Partner with VP and senior leadership to engage corporate decision-makers and expand partnership opportunities.
• Ensure strong stewardship of corporate relationships through reporting, impact storytelling, site visits, and engagement opportunities.
