Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Project Specialist (Sponsor Dedicated/Remote) to provide project and operational support to clinical teams, assist with coordination and administrative activities, and help manage study documentation in a dynamic environment.

Entry-level experience in Clinical Research is desired; familiarity with Veeva Vault, CTMS, and strong Excel skills will help you succeed in a collaborative, cross-functional setting with opportunities across multiple studies.

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in Clinical Research, with a solid understanding of clinical trial processes and study operations.
• Experience working with Veeva Vault and CTMS.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating meetings and managing follow-up activities.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
