Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Project Specialist (Sponsor Dedicated/Remote) to support clinical teams in a fast-paced, remote-capable role. You will assist with coordination, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration across study teams, applying basic clinical research knowledge and strong Excel skills to keep projects on track.

Entry-level candidates are welcome; you will receive training and gain exposure to Veeva Vault, CTMS, and end-to-end study operations in a global biopharmaceutical

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in Clinical Research, with a solid understanding of clinical trial processes and study operations.
• Experience working with: Veeva Vault; CTMS (Clinical Trial Management Systems).
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating meetings and managing follow-up activities.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project and operational support to the clinical team.
• Assist with clinical project coordination and administrative activities.
• Support study-related processes and documentation.
• Work in a dynamic environment where priorities and processes may vary from study to study.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
