Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Project Specialist (Sponsor Dedicated/Remote) to provide project and operational support to the clinical team, coordinating study activities and documentation in a dynamic environment. The role requires entry-level experience in Clinical Research and familiarity with Veeva Vault and CTMS, plus strong Excel skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Entry-level experience in Clinical Research, with a solid understanding of clinical trial processes and study operations.
Experience working with: Veeva Vault; CTMS (Clinical Trial Management Systems).
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Experience coordinating meetings and managing follow-up activities.
Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
