• Experience onboarding customers and integrating enterprise data sources into Splunk.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Splunk platform, ensuring high availability, performance, security, and operational stability.
• Onboard new customers and applications by integrating enterprise data sources into the Splunk ecosystem.
• Troubleshoot Splunk issues related to ingestion, indexing, search, dashboards, and infra components.
• Develop and maintain Python-based automation for platform administration, monitoring, and reporting.
• Support enterprise-wide log management and observability across infrastructure, apps, middleware, and cloud.
