Job summary

Hope Learning Academy in Springfield, IL is seeking a Remote Speech Language Pathologist to support students across multiple Hope programs. The SLP will plan and deliver therapy, participate in IEP teams, and promote functional communication with teachers and staff.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech Language Pathology, ASHA CCC or CFY, IL SLP license, and IL Educator license with SLP endorsement. Remote work option with comprehensive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence or applicant in their Clinical Fellowship Year.
• Illinois Speech Language Pathologist State License upon hire.
• Illinois Professional Educator’s License with a Speech Language Pathology endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver speech/language therapy to a caseload of students across Hope Learning Academy, Hope Therapeutic Day Academy, and Hope Vocational Academy in Springfield, IL.
• Serve as an active member of students’ IEP teams and plan/implement IEP goals.
• Promote functional communication and collaborate with teachers and staff to incorporate communication across daily activities.
• Provide continuous, consistent speech/language services across all programs.
