Job summary

Hope Learning Academy in Springfield, IL is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a hybrid role across Hope campuses. You will plan and deliver speech/language therapy to a caseload of students and participate in IEP teams to set and monitor goals.

You will promote functional communication, train teachers on AAC devices, write IEP goals, and perform formal and informal evaluations to guide student progress. This position offers remote work options and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• ASHA CCC or CFY required or in CFY.
• Illinois SLP license required.
• Illinois Professional Educator’s License with SLP endorsement required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech-language therapy to a caseload of students.
• Participate in IEP team processes and implement IEP goals.
• Train staff on AAC devices and how to use them in classrooms and residential settings.
• Conduct formal and informal speech-language evaluations as needed.

Education

Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
