Job summary

Hope Learning Academy in Springfield, IL seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to plan and deliver therapy across multiple Hope programs. You will be part of IEP teams, designing goals and ensuring services align with student needs.

The role requires a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA CCC or CFY, IL SLP license and IL Educator license, with a hybrid work arrangement and comprehensive benefits including health insurance and retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• CCC or CFY candidate acceptable.
• Illinois SLP license required upon hire.
• Illinois Professional Educator’s License with SLP endorsement required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver speech/language therapy to students across multiple Hope programs.
• Participate in IEP teams and help develop and implement goals.
• Manage IEP service minutes and document progress.
• Order/create and train staff to use AAC devices and resources.
• Design visuals and assistive items for classroom and residential settings.

Education

Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology

ASHA CCC or CFY candidate

Illinois SLP license

Illinois Professional Educator’s License with SLP endorsement
