Job summary

ACCEL Schools LLC is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver virtual therapy to K–11 students in Texas. The role involves conducting assessments, developing plans, and ensuring IEP/ETR compliance while collaborating with teachers and families.

While instruction is online, travel for state testing and events is required several times per year. The position emphasizes data-driven decision making and reinforcing generalization of skills across educational teams.

Qualifications

• Certification/licensure in appropriate area.
• Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, Google apps, e-mail, internet).
• Strong content knowledge in one or more content areas.
• Exhibit genuine care for children and a passion for teaching.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret student data to make sound decisions.
• Flexible in daily challenges and job duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality virtual speech-language therapy services to a wide variety of students in grades K-11.
• Conduct assessments, analyze results and write reports for strengths and concerns in speech and language areas.
• Develop strength-based, child- and family-centered treatment plans.
• Ensure IEP/ETR and progress monitoring comply with guidelines.
• Collect daily data and adapt treatment based on trends in student performance.
• Attend IEP/ETR meetings and provide timely documentation.
