Job summary

Fullmind is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for a fully remote, contract-based role (1099). Rates range from $55 to $80 per hour and align with the school district calendar for placements during the 2026-27 year. Responsibilities include promoting engaging virtual learning, evaluating speech and language levels, creating and executing treatment plans, and documenting progress toward IEP goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• New York State SLP License issued by the NYS Education Department.
• TSSLD Certification (Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities).
• ASHA CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
• Must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions on any state license held.
• Familiarity with NYSED telepractice guidelines for delivering related services to students with disabilities (IEP/related-services compliance).
• Reliable teletherapy platform experience; strong tech setup (webcam, headset, stable internet, private workspace).
• Comfort collaborating remotely with classroom teachers, case managers, and families.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Promote creativity and excitement in the virtual learning environment.
• Create strategies to engage and nurture student learning and student relationships.
• Evaluate levels of speech and language.
• Develop and execute treatment plans that address specific student needs.
• Document sessions and record data on progress towards IEP goals.
• Meet with personnel at the school or district to transmit information about student progress.
