REMOTE POSITIONS ARE AVAILABLE TO CONDUCT ONGOING SERVICES & SUPERVISION

Maxima Therapy Inc. is expanding its Speech Therapy Teams. We seek full-time or part-time, dynamic, creative, and committed Speech-Language Pathologists to join our transdisciplinary team, which includes speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and child development specialists.

The position offers a flexible schedule, providing individual services to children aged birth to 3 years with various delays, remotely or at clients’ homes. We offer competitive rates up to $70 per hour* and an excellent benefits package for eligible employees, including medical insurance, 401K, sick leave, paid vacation, and flexible scheduling. We also provide several Continuing Education (CEU) opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing 1:1 treatment in clients’ homes or daycare centers
• Offering parent education, training, and support
• Collaborating with other clinicians to ensure quality care
• Developing treatment plans, documenting session notes, and submitting progress reports timely
• Mentoring SLPAs through supervisory opportunities
• Conducting evaluations to determine service needs
• Maintaining CEU and licensure requirements
• Previous pediatric treatment experience (for remote)
• Having a reliable car, auto insurance, and a valid driver’s license (for in-person)
• Proof of immunizations, CPR certification, and a current, negative TB test (for in-person)
• Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and team orientation
• Multilingual skills are a plus

Physical requirements (for in-person services):

• Engaging in play activities on the floor or child-sized furniture
• Prioritizing client and environment safety
• Ability to perform quick movements
• Walking, running, standing, sitting, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Possibility of sustained physical activity for up to 60 minutes

*Pay Rate: Up to $70/hr for direct therapy sessions. Drive time and mileage are reimbursed at applicable rates. The actual wage varies based on skills, language proficiency, experience, and location.
