Job Position: Virtual/Remote Speech Language Pathologist

Location: Remote Throughout New Jersey

Description

Currently hiring Virtual Speech Language Pathologists to work with students across school districts in New Jersey. These are full-time and part-time positions with the option to work virtually. The SLP will provide services to students from pre-kindergarten through high school. Interviews are being scheduled as soon as possible.

SLP Job Responsibilities

  • Screen new students for speech/language disorders
  • Evaluate students referred with speech/language disorders to determine severity and needs
  • Provide speech therapy to students with various disabilities
  • Complete necessary paperwork according to state guidelines
  • Attend IEP meetings
  • Consult with parents and develop home programs when needed
  • Collaborate with teachers
  • Work as part of the Special Education team
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation promptly

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech and Communication
  • NJ Speech Language Pathologist State Licensure/Certification
  • ASHA Certification
