Job summary

Tutor Me Education is seeking experienced special education tutors to provide 1:1 and small group virtual instruction to students nationwide. This role is fully remote, with the ability to set your schedule and hourly rate, and to work with students who have IEPs and 504 plans.

You will design lessons aligned to goals, adapt instruction in real time, track progress, and communicate with families. Flexible hours and a steady flow of assignments are offered to qualified educators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (Special Education preferred).
• Experience with students with learning disabilities, ADHD, autism spectrum or related needs.
• Familiarity with IEPs and 504 plans and accommodations.
• Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to goals and accommodations.
• Strong virtual instruction skills: video conferencing, digital whiteboards, keeping students engaged online.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 and small group virtual instruction tailored to each student's IEP goals and accommodations.
• Create structured lesson plans aligned with goals, standards, and accommodations.
• Adapt instruction in real time based on progress and engagement.
• Track progress and communicate with families and school partners where applicable.
