Job summary

Tutor Me Education is seeking experienced tutors to provide 1:1 and small group virtual instruction to students nationwide. We welcome educators who support students with IEPs/504 plans and diverse learning needs, offering flexible scheduling and the ability to set your own hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Education, Psychology or related field preferred).
• Experience with students who have learning disabilities, ADHD, autism or other special education needs.
• Familiarity with IEPs, 504 plans, and accommodations.
• Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations.
• Strong virtual instruction skills and comfort with video conferencing.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, individualized virtual instruction tailored to each student’s goals and accommodations.
• Create structured lesson plans aligned with student goals, standards, and accommodations.
• Adapt instruction in real time based on student questions, progress, and engagement.
• Track student progress and communicate with families and school partners.
