UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Specialty Pharmacy Technician to interpret and enter prescription data, answer calls, and engage with patients, physicians, and pharmacists with a focus on high-quality customer service.

You will work across multiple systems in a fast-paced environment, delivering precise medication data and supporting care teams. Telecommuting is allowed for residents of MI/FL/AZ/TX, with a standard 8-hour shift on weekdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current Pharmacy Technician state license without restrictions.
• 1+ years of pharmacy prescription processing experience.
• 1+ year experience with computer navigation and MS Office (Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint/SharePoint).
• Reside in MI, FL, AZ or TX.
• Able to work 7 AM–7 PM, Mon–Fri; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Verify accurate patient information.
• Enter prescription data into the pharmacy system.
• Contact patients, pharmacists, and providers to resolve issues.
• Additional assignments and projects as needed.
