Job summary

Lincoln Electric is seeking a Specialty Gas Business Development Manager to drive sales growth across a regional territory. This role manages the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, coordinating delivery and ongoing relationships with OEM and industrial distribution partners.

The successful candidate will collaborate with customers and internal teams to expand market presence in Emissions Monitoring, Biotech, Petrochemical, Medical and more, with remote base and travel to customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Specialty Gas industry experience.
• 3+ years of Specialty Gas sales experience (gas and/or equipment).
• Proven ability to develop and grow customer relationships.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth for Specialty Gas products within the assigned territory.
• Develop and expand relationships with existing OEM and Industrial Distribution customers.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new OEM customer opportunities.
• Manage the complete sales process from lead generation through post-sale support.
• Develop strategic sales opportunities with Mechanical Contractors, End Users, and National Accounts.
