Baptist Health Medical Group seeks a Specialty Coder I for a remote role, requiring residency in Kentucky or Indiana. Under supervision, you will code outpatient physician charges at the clinic level, including E/M levels and in-office procedures, across multiple settings.

You will review records to extract complete patient information, assign CPT and diagnosis codes for office and surgical services, and support accurate billing and documentation.

Formación

• High School diploma.
• CPC or CCS-P certification required.
• 1 year experience in Specialty/Surgical Coding.

Responsabilidades

• Codes diagnosis and procedures for outpatient physician charges at the Clinic level, including Evaluation and Management levels and in-office procedures.
• Reviews medical records to facilitate collection of patient care information.
• Codes diagnosis and CPT for office and surgical services for providers.
