Baptist Health Medical Group is seeking a Specialty Coder I to join our team. This is a remote position requiring residency in KY or IN.

Under supervision, you will code outpatient physician charges at the clinic level, including Evaluation and Management levels, in-office procedures, and surgeries across multiple settings, ensuring accurate documentation for reimbursement.

Certification CPC or CCS-P and 1 year of specialty/surgical coding experience are required; 2+ years preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma
• Coding certification CPC or CCS-P required.
• 1 year experience in Specialty/Surgical Coding

Responsabilités

• With supervision, codes diagnosis and CPT for outpatient physician charges at the Clinic level including Evaluation and Management levels, in office procedures, procedures/surgeries in multiple settings and other clinic/outpatient coding as assigned.
