YO AI Labs is seeking experienced Specialized Industries Experts to evaluate AI-powered workflows in Government Contracting, Federal Acquisition, Commodities & Maritime Operations, Nonprofit & Grants, and Education & EdTech. You will test AI agents in real-world professional scenarios and provide practical feedback to improve AI systems.

No prior AI experience required; industry expertise and professional judgment matter most, with remote, contractor engagement across diverse sectors.

Qualifications

Experience in Government Contracting & Federal Acquisition.
Knowledge of FAR/DFARS.
Proven Procurement experience across sectors.

Responsibilities

Test and evaluate AI-driven workflows within your area of industry expertise.
Interact with LLMs and AI agents to simulate real-world professional tasks.
Validate outputs for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations, including FAR and DFARS.
Identify workflow gaps, edge cases, errors, and unrealistic scenarios.
Use tools such as ChatGPT Work, Codex, and Claude Cowork to assess AI and workplace integrations.
Document findings and provide clear, actionable feedback.
Recommend improvements to workflow logic and AI functionality.
