YO AI Labs is seeking experienced Specialized Industry Experts to evaluate AI-powered workflows across Government Contracting, FAR/DFARS, and Education & EdTech. You will test AI agents in real-world professional scenarios, validate outputs, identify gaps, and provide practical feedback to improve next-generation AI systems.

No prior AI experience is required—your industry expertise and professional judgment are what matter most.

Qualifications

• Experience or familiarity with Government Contracting and Federal Acquisition.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS requirements.
• Understanding of procurement, shipping, and logistics workflows.
• Exposure to nonprofit grant management and education tech operations is a plus.
• Comfort using workplace tools (Gmail/Drive/Slack/MS 365/SharePoint/Notion).
• Experience with generative AI tools or AI agents is beneficial.
• Ability to identify and articulate workflow gaps and edge cases.

Responsibilities

• Validate outputs for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify gaps, edge cases, errors, and impractical workflows.
• Document findings with actionable feedback.
• Recommend improvements to workflow logic and AI functionality.
• Communicate results clearly to stakeholders.
