Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking experienced Specialized Industry Experts to evaluate AI-powered workflows across Government Contracting, Grants, Education, and related sectors. Remote work is supported; your industry expertise and professional judgment matter most.

You will test AI agents in real-world scenarios, validate outputs for accuracy and compliance with FAR/DFARS, identify gaps, and provide actionable feedback to improve next-generation AI systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in government contracting and federal acquisition.
• FAR/DFARS knowledge and compliance.
• Procurement expertise.
• Experience with commodities and maritime operations.
• Shipping and logistics familiarity.
• Grant management experience.
• Nonprofit operations and fundraising experience.
• Education operations and EdTech familiarity.
• Familiarity with AI agents and workplace connectors.

Responsibilities

• Test and evaluate AI-driven workflows in your industry.
• Interact with LLMs and AI agents to simulate real-world tasks.
• Validate outputs for accuracy, completeness, and FAR/DFARS compliance.
• Identify workflow gaps, edge cases, errors, and unrealistic scenarios.
• Use tools like ChatGPT Work, Codex, and Claude Cowork to assess AI/workplace integrations.
• Document findings with clear, actionable feedback.
• Recommend improvements to workflow logic and AI functionality.
